ChalkLabs offers inexpensive training courses for all of our service and technology offerings. In particular, we specialize in training for OpenSource solutions and migration. We can perform training on-site, at a remote location, or here in our Bloomington offices.

Adobe Flex & Air
ChalkLabs offers a three-day intensive training course for programming in Adobe Flex and Adobe Air. This course moves from initial environment setup, Eclipse integration, the Flex Builder, action script, and remote data sources to layouts, containers, event handling, view states, the data grid and data models, and architecting an MXML component. By the end of the third day, participants will have created a few live Flex applications. Contact us for more information.
Software Development Infrastructures
ChalkLabs has recently developed a two-day training course to provide software development managers and leads with advanced knowledge and techniques for developing and managing software development infrastructures. Starting from the basic principles behind effective software development, we teach the participants about strategies for managing software developers, the social and psychological factors involved with software development, development methodologies pros and cons, and effective tools and hardware setups they can use to efficiently manage the development process. Plone & Zope Training
ChalkLabs offers a three-day intensive training course for Zope & Plone. This course progresses from introductory configuration, sizing, the ZCMI, Apache configuration, etc., to more advanced concepts such as multiple ZEOs, LDAP integration, egg creation, tuning, and debugging the ZODB.
